I am extremely disappointed with this laundry service. It has been over two weeks since they collected my items, and I still haven't received them back. The lack of communication is unacceptable—the support staff only offers generic template responses and fails to provide any real assistance or updates. At this point, I’m genuinely concerned that they may have lost my items. This kind of service is completely unprofessional and unreliable. Not recommended to anyone who values their belongings.

Worst experience ever!!! They never pick up your placed order. They never follow the timings given. They cancel the order by themselves after 4 days and don't even notify you. They don't pick up the calls when you try to reach customer support. They don't text or mail back when you try to mail them your issue. At this point I don't even think this app is functional. Just a scam. If there was minus stars, I'd give that. Highly disappointing!!!!

The earlier version was fine. After the update, it got screwed up. Grammatical mistakes/typos on the landing page, OTP not getting generated and importantly the app asking for permission to my Google Drive files (when logging in through the Google account) - few of the things that have gone wrong. And this is just the first impression. Why on earth would a laundry app need access to my Google Drive? To save and see pictures of my dirty laundry?🤷
