I really don't understand why, when I open the app, it runs you through a numerous commercials/ads only to put you on standby to wait... for the next set of Advertisements. My thoughts are that if I'm trying to watch the news from 11:00p on the previous day, it should be pretty seamless, besides ads of course. Today there's no sound for the broadcast, but the sound works when there's an advertisement on. It's always something going wrong with the app on a daily basis and it gets worse with time.

Not sure what bugs you were fixing with the latest update, but the app was working just fine for me before. Since the update, the videos don't work as they used to, not quite fitting into the screen as it should, seeming more "stretched out". And the video playback is now not recognized by my phone, which means the screen will time out after about 2 min and I have to log back in to finish watching the video.

They used to be 5 stars rating now they're only 2 stars rated. Video issues on Android cellphones, playback problems, video truncated, can't play video and if you email their "support email" address...it's also fake, you'll get a report saying that your message was undeliverable, recipient's email is not working...perhaps just like their video! It won't work 😏
