There is no doubt the base is high. But a rider has to face many problems in load share. Sometimes if the food leaks in the bag or the packaging is bad, the customer gets angry but we have nothing to do about it. But load share does not listen to us and directly blocks our ID. And there is no good cancellation option either. So even if you don't want to, you have to accept the order. It's very bad. I hope load share will add a cancellation option.

The app has potential, but there are a few issues that make deliveries inefficient. During deliveries, calling the recipient requires switching to the phone’s dialer, and after the call, the app restarts, causing a 1–2 minute delay per shipment. Also, there’s no barcode scanning option, so shipments have to be sorted manually, which is time-consuming. Adding an integrated call feature and barcode scanning would make the app much more user-friendly.

Hello LoadShare Team, I need an immediate revert on this issue. I reached the restaurant location but the order was not getting marked. I called FM as well as the support team multiple times, but no one responded. My time was completely wasted and the issue was not resolved. If I don’t get a proper response on this matter, I will be forced to file a complaint against LoadShare with the Labour Authority.
