Horrible app. I ordered my food and I got a message from grubhub saying my food was ready. When I got to the restaurant, they didn't even get my order. It took a long time to sort it out. The entire point of this app is to make life easier, but it does just the opposite! Never using it again.
I was initially excited about this company/app. Orders just have not arrived on time, a lot of times they get cancelled. Orders have been wrong, or restaurant call me to tell me they no longer have certain selections (repeatedly), and in some cases, the restaurant doesn't even know how to update a charge via grubhub. It's not have been a pleasant experience, as of late. I won't blame this all on grubhub, but perhaps they can choose the restaurants, and just be accurate (as possible). I barely use it anymore.
HORRIBLE!!! MY FOOD WAS PUSHED BACK AN HOUR BECAUSE NO DRIVERS WERE AVAILABLE TO DELIVER MY FOOD SO IM SUPPOSE TO BE TO EAT COLD FOOD.
Use this all the time, when I forgot to put in a promo code I called and they honored it. Total lifesaver when we're to tired to cook!
It's very convenient but the minimum orders get out of hand. In a lot of cases there will be a 15 or 20 dollar minimum but the food only costs 5 dollars forcing you to buy more food than you can eat.
