I've used this app with no problem a few times but last night i placed an order with them that was never delivered I was still charged for the order and when I called about it I was told that there was nothing they could do and that they couldn't refund my money because supposedly they tried contacting me but again they didn't.i waited on hold to talk to the manager and they hung up on me. I will never use this app again. The only reason I gave 1 star is cause I couldn't give 0.
Bad arse delivery service quite a change to delivery service. Like the options and fairly simple user interface and Customer Service/Help resolves issues and answers questions swiftly and thoroughly. Beats out Door Dash by a long run and pricing and fees are pretty reasonable. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
Would be better if we didn't need to click any button to see the order status if we open the app. If I have a pending order, it seems pretty safe to assume that that's what I'm checking on. Also, please add support for adaptive icons, it looks out of place without it
Cheaper than uber eats. easy new track a driver option. Once I had a problem with my delivery but they fixed it immediately and made me happy with a coupon on free future order
The need more promotional codes, give a little better deals. I don't mean like free food but hey a buck off here and there would be awsome
My app stopped working. It states that there are no delivery options in my area and when I try to get to my settings it just keeps requesting that I sign back in.
