As of 5/18/2024, the app doesn't seem to load. Uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happens. The app icon appears in the middle of the screen while the loading just spin around. Same issue with another device. Contacted support a few days ago with no response. This is about the third time something has been an issue and really makes it difficult to want to trust this system.

App is virtually useless. Almost every time I open it it has a connection error and well me to reset the device, this of course does nothing to fix the issue and completely defeats the purpose because I wouldn't need the app if I was near the device. Considering the high cost of both the device and the required subscription and the app not working, leaving you to rely completely on the text notifications once the temperature is already out of range or you've lost power, Its basically a scam.

We have the temp only plan, and it has been helpful. We've had some issues with getting the app to connect after a few days. We are not full timers, just weekend warriors and had some troubles connecting the app after a week or two of not camping. Eventually, we could get it working but in the beginning, it was frustrating. In the end, the piece of mind of knowing our boys were good, or the alerts to let us know the AC had malfunctioned, was amazingly helpful and life savings for our dogs.
