Although the story line is engaging, the "chapters" are broken down to barely two pages so you have a book with over 300 chapters. Even if you're willing to pay to continue reading, to read all the rest of the chapters at your leisure/speed it costs $99. (I could finish the book relatively quickly.) Although I like the storyline, it's not $99 good. I'd be willing to buy it as a paperback book from $7.99 to $13.99 - now I get what some of the reviewers were stating about the cost. Disappointed!

The stories are good but they open only 1 or 2 chapters per day and there is 200-800 chapters in a story. So it takes alot of time to complete a story. They allow us to open the chapters in exchange of coins which are also very expensive. Like 1 chapter needs 8-10 coins to open. You can watch ads to open the chapters. 1 ad=1 coin.Sometimes after watching the ad you can not get the coin which is frustrating. I request please open atleast 6-8 chapters of a long story like "cruel hearted" per day.

Platform and app is good but I am highly unsatisfied with their support team. I have sent them multiple mails but not getting any proper response. I am writer, I have not received single peny as incentive yet. I have sent mail for this as well. Last but not the least, I have enrolled one of my novel for PRAMBH 2 contest but I am not able to select that contest while editing novel data. Kindly provide support team contact details including phone number so that all the issues that I m facing can
