I have a very bad experience with this app. Aside from a very slow loading of the app, just recently I can no longer able to access my account. Tried to reinstall the app but on the new login page it requires email address instead of the user account. Whenever I tried to login/sign up using my registered email, it's just hanged up. Endless loading icon.

Hopeless app. Just updated today and now fingerprint login doesn't work. Just keeps going back to email login. Email login says username or password incorrect. Forget Password also didn't work, as it keeps giving error message to "Enter valid email". Please get a competent app developer and test it thoroughly before rolling out the update. UPDATE 18 March 2024: After your so-called rectification, there was no update in Google Play. Had to uninstall and reinstall app. Still no improvement!

I was trying to update my credit card details for premium payments via the app because the website said I can do it here. Unfortunately, it only goes as far as the OTP, then an error message appears saying "something went wrong". I did that thrice and ended up with the same error. The app has so much "news" and "features" that I don't find necessarily helpful...so I'm uninstalling this app.
