Not at all start up friendly one and doesn't value customer complaint. My profile needed more back with few documents and meanwhile some funds came in to the account. Due to KYC issue they said I can't get the settlement. Fine. But when I asked for the refund ,I had to pay the changes. I asked them for a consideration or a void as I haven't availed any service and it's due to the KYC issue (which no one told over a call or message that I can't get the settlement). The answer is a big NO .

Not good for software business. I worked hard on my product for 3 months and gave a weeks for Razorpay integration and activation and they rejected international payment. They think we are selling bad stuff. If you don't want to spoil your career and time don't choose razorpay. Now I will have to waste my weeks for another payment gateway integration.

Razorpay payment gateway service is good. But,there is a serious bug in this Android app. The user account is automatically logout everytime. So ,there is high chance that user will miss the important notifications from the app/account
