Ratings and reviews

Useless application. can't edit/correct e-mail address, can't see nominee details, can't download interest certificate, can't view/add two CRN in a single application, can't do Re-KYC, Can't add ckyc number/not updated in app. It has always some techinacal or server issue and advise to visit branch. Decided to close all the account with RBL soon.

Mobank doesnt allow to surf/operate multiple accounts,you cannot open savings and current account from same mobank app with one registered sim. There are too many limitations set by the developer of this app. Mobank doesnt sync its Payee details to netbanking corporate account too. All this adding payee account details will need to be done again for same current account too. Harresments & Poor service currently in this matter.

As a user I trying to enable international transactions, but apps are showing as technical error messages. Already I wrote about this issue to customers care rbl bank. But no response. Totally unsatisfied useless application. I will go other bank which gives good service ans response on time.
