Been using the app for a few days and so far really liking it.Several different training plans, lots of videos to watch on all topics and a great community board for support.It would be really awesome if the audio on the runs would still play even if you minimize it, so far i haven't found a way around it and have to make sure its "awake" the whole time.Also I have to log in each time I click on the app, it doesn't remember me.It also doesn't save/pin your training plan, you have to find it.

I really like The Run Experience videos and structured training plan content so I'm happily paying for an annual membership right now. The approach to injury prevention and whole body workouts to maintain core strength for running is just what I need and more effective than actual physical therapy I've done in the past related to running. However I've entirely stopped using the app. Table stakes missing features: - Remembering which Program I'm in / which day I'm on when I open the app instead of making me search. - No integration with ANT+ / BLE devices or Garmin/Strava for activity syncing. Bugs: - Individual sessions regularly crash when I lock or unlock the phone, - Videos pause or crash while switching the phone from vertical to horizontal or sometimes keep playing in the background. - Can't click on activities later on in a session to resume after a crash, have to click through from the beginning - Sometimes when the app asks me questions it just freezes.

Hi Matthew! Thank you for being a member with us and for sharing your experiences. Our developers are 100% aware of these bugs and are working hard to fix them. You should see some big improvements in the weeks ahead and better overall experience and design in the months ahead.

I'm still figuring it all out but I really wish the intervals would ding at the time to.switch what your doing. Ex) if its 5 minutes with 30 sec on and off I wish it would ding at every 30 seconds. And that the voice was human instead of computer animated. Other than that I think it's amazing at teaching you how to run and how to do it without getting hurt.

Hi Leisa! We recommend you give the 30 day challenge a try or the daily run. In both you have a fully guided experience with audio coaching telling you when to push and when to back off. All you need to do is lace up and run :)
