been using this app for 4 yrs and it was great in the beginning but instead of improving it has gotten worse. It is frustrating the amount of problems it has lately and the updates to fix 1 thing and generate 3 more. Currently having issues with notifications, saving jobs, can't see current schedule, it defaults to past jobs. scheduled jobs dissapear or save to different day. Ready to switch to something reliable. not worth the price increase

Continually have to uninstall and reinstall to fix gremlins, probably every other week. I have an embedded form in my website, when clients book their appointment, the phone number data doesn't sync properly and unable to send them a text from the mobile app. Have logged issue many times but are unable to fix. I have been using this app for nearly 7 years, I have so much data on it I am loathe to change, but it's a love hate relationship for me.

It's become a joke at this point with how unreliable this app is. The last update has made it completely unusable as it will crash shortly after opening. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still doesn't work. Every update just creates more problems and doesn't even fix the previous issues. Please for the love of all that is good in the world. FIX. YOUR. APP. I knew GeoOp had a bad reputation but this is getting ridiculous.
