04.08.23 this is still happening evwn with the new s23.. This app is very frustrating The app crashes and freezes all the time on galaxy s22 ultra and galaxy tab 8. Very frustrating if your putting notes in it freezes and you have to restart the app and then it will do it over and over. Please fix this bug. If I could give this app less stars I would

So far it seems to be a good app with a good pricing. Although I do wish you could add a fortnightly recurring bookings into the system. It does take a bit to work it all out so not exactly user friendly but I'm sure after a while I will love it. But please add an fortnightly recurring bookings option.

Jsy started using app on the 14 day trial, day 1. Was impressed at first with one annoyance. - if you press back on your phone it just exits the app and you have to login every time it opens; but the rest of the app was good. HOWEVER, I've just contacted customer service via the instant chat (says it responds in a few minutes) first 2 replies that were just paasing security questions I got a reply in 8 minutes which was all good; then I typed up my simple quest 60 min later, still no reply...
