This app didn't work very well before, but it is completely worthless after the last update. Motion detection is a joke (it will trigger when a bug flies in front of the camera but not trigger when an adult human walks directly in front of it). This feature used to work much better before this update. The last update also changed the record time so it usually starts recording just before something happens and then shuts off before the thing you actually want to see. Worthless.

Lags and freezes when trying to view LIVE. Won't connect sometimes. Frustrating to navigate and use. I have two cameras. It does the same for both cameras. Uncomfortable when you need to see what's going on, but can't because the software is not working. update: 4.15.2024-- time to record has been reduced to 20 seconds. Then it cools down for a minute. so you'll miss whatever happens during that minute no option to turn it off unless you pay. Looking for something else.

subscribed for the longer motion recordings and activity areas but there are NO OPTIONS for activity areas! You want $4.49 a month for something I can't have!? I've been through the cameras settings 15 times. nothing in there shows where I can change recording time from 20 SECONDS to the 3:00 MINUTES as advertised. its either 5, 10, 20 seconds. that's it. . false advertisement. don't bother with this app. switching to Ring next month, I think I'll be fine without this until then.
