Horrible! I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a week now. They charged me even tho I requested it canceled before the renew date. Not one of the customer service phone numbers I have found work. Not able to turn off auto pay, you have to rely on them to do it. I have not used one of their cameras in 2 weeks now and my subscription still hasn't been canceled. I do not recommend them at all!! I have filed a dispute with my bank over the charges and for any future charges. 0⭐️

I used to really love this app it used to work great but for like over the last +6 months, it no longer works for what Ive paid for. I put for my subscription to be canceled yet on the 30th I was still charged for renewal. There are so many technical issues my responses to customer service arent even going through so I can get a refund for my $100 that I was charged that I didn't want plus I was promised 2 months free for prior inconveniences that I still never even receive. Beyond disappointed!

As others have reported, consistent ads (which was not expressed at purchase) is absolutely annoying. Some times I have decent connection for months, but sometimes just consistent issues for days. I'm not sure if there's been some auto update but it has been turning off/on repeatedly the last few days. I restarted and reconnected everything but still performing the same. No customer service except a bot. Constant requests for paid service also very annoying. I would never pay for another
