Horrible! I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a week now. They charged me even tho I requested it canceled before the renew date. Not one of the customer service phone numbers I have found work. Not able to turn off auto pay, you have to rely on them to do it. I have not used one of their cameras in 2 weeks now and my subscription still hasn't been canceled. I do not recommend them at all!! I have filed a dispute with my bank over the charges and for any future charges. 0⭐️

Service started out okay but within a couple weeks, started hitting me with ALOT of unwanted ads. I can barely use the app they interfere so much. I may have to find a complete new set up because of it. update- It has only got worse. It's non-stop long ads that won't let me out of the loop to even use the app! It is ridiculous! Even if I was interested in any of the stuff their advertising, there's no way I would ever buy anything from them, not after their app holding my phone hostage!

edit: THANK YOU for getting rid of the timer!! though they upped the ad frequency, I've had it for like 2 years and it was a good app until last week. it had minimal ads and could easily view what you've had recorded on your SD card..it was great! NOW, you can only pull up your live feed for 60sec before it times you out and it will not let you view your recordings saved to the SD card with the app. Everything just redirects you to buy a plan. PLEASE RESTORE THE PREVIOUS VERSION OF THE APP!
