About this app

MahaTrafficapp is for communication between citizens of Maharashtra and Maharashtra traffic authorities.
Traffic police authority send traffic alerts, challan notification where as citizen send violations and incidences on road with evidences, exact date-time and lat-long.
App facilitates viewing traffic education material and payment of traffic challans. While installing the app, a user must register himself/ herself using his/her mobile number.

I have uploaded multiple reports, but the image quality gets degraded during the upload process. The images are clear when captured, but they lose clarity after uploading. Please improve the size of image file because your people reject challan reports on the pretext "number not clear". Let Please add in functionality to raise concerns for "loud exhaust" issues. Also, please provide functionality to add snapshot from gallery. Also, add functionality to add videos to highlight issues which can't be well explained in photos. Seems civilian reports is just an eye wash. They can't decide on a report in 2 months and keep the report "under review".

The app lacks important and basic features. During reporting violation it doesn't even give you an option to pick up a photo from gallery. Basically that means, you need to click a photo first using ur camera app then you use the capture photo option within this app and then enter description and vehicle number. doing all this, the vehicle is already gone. How can't you not have an option to upload clicked photo.
