Ratings and reviews

Reason the title is, because some of the benefits are just hoax, like 1 year before the YouTube premium offer used to work. But I just renewed for the third year just 1 month ago, Google gives errors and the YouTube premium subscription is no longer valid. The worst part is, they almost have zero customer service. Because when I wrote email to the Times Prime, I never got back any responses after weeks also. Same happens with some other popular subscriptions from Times Prime.

Attocious!! My sony liv subscription did not get activated and now it has been removed. It seems to be happening with so many users as seen in the reviews. I have been using times prime for the last 2 years and had a great experience. But this time the experience has been teally bad. The customer service is also really bad. I have done so many mails and registered the request again and again but to no avail!

I had a very bad experience with the support team of this app. I tried to activate a Sony Liv premium membership through the app by pressing "activate," but even after 4 days, the coupon still hasn't been activated. I've already sent 4 emails, but I haven't received any response or resolution yet. Latest update - after giving me assurance on mail about the resolution & updates, which I wrote in response to their auto generated message. They silently removed "Sonly Liv Premium" pathetic service.
