It was great until it wasn't. I hyped this app up so heavily because it was an awesome app. However, as of late, my biggest gripe is that the download video feature doesn't work. I've tried the previously mentioned fixes, i.e., Logout, uninstall, reinstall. Yet, there are no results. Instead, I see a public forum of brushed off replies or contact us privately. I feel you already know what the problems are. Please , we want to like your app and give kudos to you. We just need it to work.

Ever since this thing was upgraded it won't run on my phone It keeps saying I'm using the wrong password change the password it runs fine on my laptop but it will not run on my phone. Insists the password is wrong Yep I changed it No it didn't help still can log on with the Windows 11 computer. So no I'm using the right password It's the Android app itself that's broken. Another example of an upgrade that's a downgrade. I love this program Now it's garbage.

Not a bad app, it would have been nice if the offline capabilities wasn't a waste of time it don't make sense downloading the literature and you can't access it offline especially if you're somewhere where service is spotty like the subway ( I intend to do a lot of traveling to lesser developed countries in the upcoming months I guess I won't be able to access the lessons I paid for ) this is no audible...
