Great app, easy to use. Helps me keep an eye on my balance, see transactions and make payments. UPDATE After getting a new phone, I am unable to use the app, for some reason it won't open at all, when I try to login apparently I don't have an account 🤔, however on my old device everything is fine.

It's ok as far as apps go. Nothing particularly fancy. Could do with the ability to do balance transfers in app rather than waiting around on the phone, 40 minutes was the wait time. So loses a star for that and loses a star for the biometrics being weird. The useful thing would be it working, like it does on other apps, to log in. Not log in with pass code, close app reopen app biometric appears 🤯

It's good for looking at credit & security is good, but if you've got a problem & you call the service that isn't great esp if they give you cryptic questions & you say do you mean this they then terminate you because you've asked them what you mean?So they think you are not the card holder.Make the questions relevant to the security questions that the customer knows & understands. Also maybe when viewing what you've spent it would be nice to see names rather than amount taken then London.
