COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME & GAS SO FAR!! Had a job posted for a Winco-section picture. It was listed for at least an hour, and I even checked it,watched it, refreshed the whole way to the store. Tried to click on it to start before I left, wouldn't let me, so I thought it must not let you until you get there... Nope it literally disappeared the second I got to the door, after I clicked on the job. WHEN WILL SOMETHING BE DONE ABOUT The SCAMS? Apparently they are acceptable? guess I should make 1

I used this app successfully in 2019-2020, and I thought to give it another try in Sept 2025. There seems to be plenty of tasks in my area but the pay has decreased. The app repeatedly prompted me to log in, despite the fact that I was already logged in. The photos I took for my reserved job were all deemed as blurry by the app, and I couldn't retake them because the app kept telling me I needed just one photo for the job. There are simply better gigs out there, given the amount of tech issues.

Hi Gaby, Thanks for the review! If you’re ever working on a task and you would like to re-take a photo, click on the thumbnail of your photo in the bottom left corner, then hit the garbage can icon. That will erase the photo so may take a new one. If you ever need assistance while completing a task please reach out to us! We’re happy to help!

There's been an issue with available jobs in the app this week. There were tons of multi-display store walks, & I claimed 2. I planned on claiming more once I finished the 2 locations, but now it shows no available jobs. Every time I clear cache, force close the app, & it shows a quick pop-up about an error with refreshing the list. I tried refreshing, & that didn't work either. This is happening while connected to wifi. Please fix it. Other than that, I'm getting more work this year, though.
