I'm a birmingham bartender and enjoy the ability to pick up shifts, no long term commitment. However, the most frustrating thing I have encountered is feedback from prospective jobs. If you aren't going to hire a candidate, someone should provide feedback to the candidate rather than leaving us hanging. I understand I won't get hired for every job I apply for, but someone needs to provide feedback or at least reject the application so capable workers aren't left hanging, waiting for a response

Great concept even better App! I find work in my area with just a few taps! I use the filters if I go out of town and STILL find jobs! I get to set alerts on new jobs every minute (literally) and enjoy when I see new ones I havent tried! Got paid in less than 10 mins on many jobs I worked from the app and finally got my trust score,( helps you land more jobs) over 780! Croux App has changed the way I look for work! 5x stars and counting for me!!!

I have to say, its very easy and a quick straightforward process to sign up, which earned them an additional star, but hugely disappointing once approved and went to look for work only to find out there are zero positions available in the phx, AZ area. So that was a waste of time and quite the bummer.
