I paid for a year's subscription, the app doesn't even recognise the most common plants. If you want to know what a particular problem you have with a plant, irrespective of what plant has the disease it will come back with the same genirc answer. What a waste of money absolutely useless.

Did not identify any of my plants nor diagnose them. You chat with this AI botanist specialist who is useless. I'd rate this app a big 0 "ZERO " if I could NOW I have to jump through hoops and try to get my money refunded. Do not use this app it's a fraud. It gives you the same info Google gives you for free.

Too many intrusive full screen adverts (3 in a row and even just to get to settings) and the results weren't even in the ballpark of identifying my plant. It even struggled to recognise anything scannable in the image.
