About this app

Geneva Study Bible & KJV Bible

Originally printed in 1560, believers can read the Scripture along with study assistance unashamedly rooted in the theology of Calvin, Luther, Zwingli, and other Reformation leaders.

The first Geneva Bible opened the pages of Scripture to readers in the vernacular of the day and provided helpful notes to assist the laity in understanding its message.

I like the bible..but the commentary notes at the bottom of EVERY SINGLE VERSE makes it difficult to read. I wish they could be minimized because there's no discernation between the Bible and the footnotes other than the footnote number, but the problem is there's also the bible verse number. It's just complicated to read through and not super user friendly but it's free and it's the geneva bible so 🤷‍♀️

Why is this Bible missing scripture. I see several areas where multiple verses in multiple books are missing. I have multiple Bible apps on my device because I am a traveling minister and can't always carry a hard copy of the WORD with me so I have the digital versions. This is very sad and unfortunate because the geneva Bible has always been trusted and accurate until now. So please explain why you have done this

This does look quite good as I like how it has the commentary along with the Bible, plus I like the format and the setup, it seems user-friendly. The only thing is, it doesn't seem to have the apocryphal books as the original Geneva Bible has, as I have recently learnt. There should be 14 other books thereby bringing it to 80 books all up. This Geneva Bible is INCOMPLETE, disappointing 😞 as I am trying to find a complete one. It's still good apart from this though.
