Horrible device and app. Although setup was simple, all the instructions were in broken English and hard to understand. Regardless, I was able to figure it out on my own. The user is only able to see what the camera sees when the doorbell rings, and it takes about 10 seconds for the push notification to go through so you can see the camera view on your phone. Both speaker and microphone audio are horrible. The app should pop up quicker, and I should be able to see the camera view as needed.

After I had it all installed and kinda working after a short period it would go to sleep and never wake up unless I went outside and pushed the doorbell then it sent a message and I had to jump through hoops to get the video up and no volume?? Once I finally did get volume it was thumping all the time . Gosh is it really that hard to make a simple app that works

I followed instructions from both printed accompanying folder, and the on-line Computer video. NOTHING worked. I un-installed, waited 1/2 hour and reinstalled. The system kept telling me my Wi-Fi had the wrong password over & over again. I finally gave up on it ! I should have known when half the instructions were in some Chinese that it wasn't going to work properly. It was a pain in the neck spending hours over & over trying to get it to work. Wasted time and money !!
