Easy to report rent payments. The credit score improvements aren't that big (a few points a month on average for me) but I think it's worth it for the price. The reporting is easy and automatic once you get it set up. I wish it was a bit easier to make changes to your rental. My roommates and I changed the rent split and I couldn't figure out how to change my rent in the app. It had some trouble recognizing my payments because I have to pay in increments because my bank limits daily zelle.

Very clean and pretty straight forward to use. I was able to setup and enter my information very easily. Process was smooth and simple to understand. Even though my landlord was a bit non traditional in the style of rent payment (under a name rather than a management system, and coming out twice a month) I was still able to have this reported. I did reach out for assistance once and that process was simple and prompt.

I genuinely have no complaints. I got Boom to build credit since I have a limited credit history and it did what it said it was going to do, raise my credit and build credit history. It took maybe like 6 months or so, but my score really did increase to the point where I was able to qualify for a decent credit card and diversify credit types.
