Can't connect HYS account. The Bread site directs you to this app to manage your high yield savings account. I get the impression that there used to be a separate app that no longer exists. I can't do anything with app except get stuck on a screen that demands I add cards that I don't have. I reached out via email listed in the app store to report the problem and never heard back. If there is a separate app to manage savings, it's non existent in the app store.

The card is not a problem. The app is! I am having so much issues using this app. I made payments and were never registered, causing late payments. I called so many times and the customer service representatives helped me fix/change the username, password and I still can't log in. Somehow, the information doesn't match. I have to constantly making calls to check on transactions and making payments. Edited:You asked me to respond in the "Secute message section" You realize that I can't sign in?

the app is very easy to use, allow 48-72 hours for payments to process, as is true with many payment apps. do not wait until day of. interface is highly user friendly. I do not use autopay, I prefer to schedule my payments 3 days before the due date, but I schedule them at least a week prior. it doesn't hit my bank until about 24 hours after the due date, but the app shows appropriately, so keep a mental note of your bank balance until the payment processes
