UI is decent but the app has all sorts of bugs. whenever I try and login with biometrics there's about an 80% chance I get an "oops we don't recognize you" and have to reset my biometrics, and now the app has deleted my payment account but won't let me add that payment account back as it's already in the list? and I checked, the payment account is still there on the site, the app just can't find it apparently

I'm glad that there's an app for my Comenity accounts but the one thing that is EXTREMELY annoying is that it automatically logs you out after 15 minutes. A little timer came up and it kicked me out, even though I closed it out. I understand it doing this if the app was idle but I was actively checking my settings and boom, out it went. It doesn't matter if you were in the middle of doing something. So be aware that if you are taking more than 15 minutes, it will kick you out.

This isn't a great app. You will have to wait for a code everytime you login. None of my other financial institutions require a password and a code every time. If you have more than one card, you have to create a separate login for each card - again, no one else does that. What a pain. As others have said, the early payment time is also a pain. I work to pay my bills, and I'm working when the early payment due time arrives. Automatic payments are not an option. I manage my money, not you.
