The app is functional for it's purpose, UI is easy to navigate. But I cannot open my statements when I download them. Every time, it says the file is damaged. I have multiple other financial apps that download pdf statements with zero issue, leading me to believe it's something from Bread. To get my statements, I have to login from my laptop. Very frustrating, which is why I gave only three stars.

I hate the website to make payments and it is my preferred way to pay. I just once again got in a password reset loop that would not work! And you want to charge a fee for mailed statements that would make easy pay easier! I too am hesitant in using comenity credit cards for these very reasons. Thank goodness this app worked. I had to update it but had set it up previously. Funny thing the password i reset online did work.

has caused me to be embarrassed 3 times at the register. I will make a payment, the app CLEARLY shows my available credit, and then I get declined at the register in front of a line full of people. When you call the number on the credit card, they tell you their account shows the same available credit, but you have to wait 24 hours, or 10 days. Either the app is broken, the company is broken, or there needs to be a class action lawsuit. called Bread today. once again not fixed after 3 months
