They have amazing physiologists and psychiatrists. They are very attentive and seem to want to help you to get better. Service good. The app and website could really use a lot more work!! It is slow, buggy, and constantly -freezes if you have to send a message though the app. Some of the settings get erased: -forgets your login settings (have to enter repeatedly or have to regularly setup alternate login options over and over) -doesnt always update when you have an unread message.

The people I worked with were great. All my complaints are with the app. The only reason it's getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the staff I worked with. Messaging freezes up, I was constantly having to restart the app just to use messaging. The "assignments" are always the same assignments. It never gave me new stuff to learn. Even though I completed it, I still am receiving "you need to complete your first medical assessment" email prompts.

The app is ok, the service is terrible. My doctor was changed multiple times, I was never notified of the change in advance of my appt - felt like I was starting over every 3 - 6 months. This last appt, my provider was changed again without my knowledge- and it was someone who wasn't licensed in my state! They couldn't do anything, and said the company would fix the error and contact me to reschedule. That never happened, I had to see a local provider last minute and they still charged me
