AIME is the best mental health app available and here's just a few reasons I believe so. The struggle to find a competent app to help alongside of my professional psychologist became hopeless. Aime offers a large variety of journeys,assessments to help identify areas you struggle with and even tracks your progress. Gently reminding you to be consistent in order to see results. The meditations are therapeutic and the worksheets and journals are by far the most helpful.

what a lovely app! there is such a large variety of tools to use here. there's something for almost any situation, plus convenient ways to monitor how you're doing. it's been helping me so much.
