About this app
MijnWUB is an online personal environment for customers with a WestlandUtrecht Bank mortgage. In this app you can view your mortgage data and easily manage your mortgage matters yourself.
To log in, you need an account for MyWUB. Don't have it yet? Then you can request one via our website www.westlandutrechtbank.nl/mijnwub.
1. Log in with your email address and password that you use for MijnWUB.
2. Enter the SMS code you receive on your phone.
3. Your account has been activated. Choose your own PIN now.
4. At the next login attempt, the app will ask for facial recognition or fingerprint.
5. From now on you can always log in with PIN code, face recognition or fingerprint.
What can you do with the MijnWUB app from WestlandUtrecht Bank?
With the MijnWUB app you have access to your current mortgage data. You can also make a number of changes quickly and easily. For example, you can:
• View your current mortgage data;
• View and change your personal information;
• Adjust your interest in the meantime;
• Notify your choice when reviewing the interest rate;
• Enter the current value of your home;
• Make an (extra) repayment on your loan;
• Digitally view and download documents that you receive by post.
Do you need help logging in?
You can contact us on telephone number (033) 450 93 79. We are available from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Do you keep your loan number to hand? If you prefer to email us, you can do so via westlandutrechtbank@stater.nl. In that case, state your loan number in the subject line. We like to help you.
