Everything has to be done through the app. Unfortunately, the app crashes so you can't make any progress. After restarting my phone, redownloading the app, and changing networks. The app still does not function. By far the worst bank I have ever worked with. They are impossible to get ahold of, staff is unhelpful, and they make every process impossible.

Horrible app, works 50\50 times, scanning QR code doesn't work during late hours. Have to use bunq, it's way more reliable. Just ridiculous how such a huge bank can't make everything work smoothly. For some features it just switches you to a browser. And what is more irritating after that it stops showing notifications! Transactions date-time is always chaotic, sometime I get notifications 3 days late and after a week just can't remember why I transferred money somewhere. And Eng localization...

I strongly advise against using this app. It is a waste of both time and money. The process is opaque, with vague and inadequate document requirements that are repeatedly rejected without clear justification. There is a complete absence of customer support—no communication, no guidance, and no attempt to resolve issues. Submissions are dismissed arbitrarily, forcing users to restart without explanation. The service is unprofessional, inefficient, and entirely unreliable.
