Body Temp Yoga is an all-inclusive community hot & cool yoga studio in San Francisco where you will be treated like family!
We host hot yoga classes that include a compassionate and light-hearted Bikram-style class that is supportive, upbeat and friendly. We also host hot power yoga classes where each teacher gets to put their own creative stamp on the practice.
Our cool (unheated) yoga classes include Yin Yoga, Restorative Flow, Vin to Yin Yoga, and a revitalizing Head to Toe Better Than Foam Rolling class.
Body Temp Yoga believes that variety and creativity are the key to fun and healthy yoga classes.
