What a great app! All of my insurance information and payments in one secure place!

Keep trying to pay my bill and every time the app crashes.

App won't go beyond plan type. I selected the plan type I have and I don't get any other options. Very frustrating, especially since I cannot access it through the website either. It takes me to a screen that shows : InTouch Medicaid Access. I don't even have Medicaid. Not sure what that is about. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice, but it didn't help.

What's new

This version makes several quality-of-life improvements, including input layout adjustments and minor bugfixes in our form areas. These fixes are critical in ensuring a smooth app experience.

Bugfixes include:
• Random crashes occurring for termed members on login, opening EOB pdf.
• Drug search name autocomplete list crashes under certain conditions.
• Random crashes occurring while attempting to add payment method.
• Ensuring text input fields allow proper focus and unfocus behavior.
