I opened my app and it's not working because the blue button that I'm supposed to push when the loading picture comes up I can't see it on my screen please can you tell me why

Cannot open app. Unistalled, restarted phone reinstalled. It will not open. Reads 63% in top right corner.

Will not let me open the app, I have opened it and it just stays at the opening screen, it won't even let me get started.
