Butler Reunion
The groups I love. The app is really a problem. I keep getting notifications, but when I log in I'm not seeing what activity prompted it. I have disabled push notifications through phone settings and the app but it's constantly still going off. It's terribly disruptive. I see some are comments for pop-up groups I have attended. Not sure the rest. And I can't figure out how to remove myself from psst group messages.

I think the makeup of the group is the biggest factor to success or failure. Our group really clicked, though we did lose a couple along the way. AND the facilitator, we really lucked out. I find during the week if I am having issues, just knowing they are there really helps. We are quite active in our chat as well. I have had bad experiences with in-person groups, but this is more like chatting to friends.

There were many good things about the program, but it's not group therapy as provided by a therapist licensed in your state or country. If you are dealing with more complex issues or are too talkative, they will ease you out of the program, so it's probably best to look elsewhere for real help rather than just an interesting experience. Also, the Android app is very buggy compared to any other messaging/video service out there.
