Only download this app if you or a member of your family are a current member of the GrandPad service. To log in, you must have an activated GrandPad tablet in the family, and be invited to join. For the security of our members, you can not create an account on your own.

Pretty great, was able to see my grandparents on video call, and it's simple for them to use. However, pictures have suddenly disappeared that were posted throughout the week?? Idk if admins can delete pictures and comments or something, but suddenly it's saying people who previously had pictures up, have "no photos yet". Other than that it works fine.

I can't say enough good things about this app. It has made all the difference during Covid in keeping us connected with our mother, who is in assisted living. She has zero experience with smartphones or any devices, but she took to this immediately. It was super easy to set up for her, with some nice apps. You can post pics and comments, too, and the videocalling is almost like being there. It's very flexible for seniors who are at varying points on the spectrum of cognitive ability.

For the most part the app works well. It does a good job of keeping the connection clear. One major annoyance is the fact you can't remove the record button from the screen. Too many times the button gets bumped and now you've got recordings you don't want. You also can't delete said recordings from the app....is there somewhere you can delete them from? Another thing that the app should have is the ability to remotely reboot the GrandPad if you're the admin account. Please add these updates!
