A free application for charging electric cars at Orlen charging stations. With the Orlen Charge application, charging your car becomes very easy. Contains information about all our charging points.

Ratings and reviews

App works quite well, meaning I can charge my car. When charging is started the app blocks 150PLN, which is released when charging is finished (by clicking in the app) and the real price is charged. In my opinion it's too much for the blockade and should be reduced to 50 PLN. Still, app tells you the terms on a first launch. The "My car" functionality doesn't work. When I try to set a vehicle, the app crashes, which is disappointing. App is unintuitive to use as well, bad user experience.

Just terrible. At first try, not possible to start charging, error message to contact support. I figured out I have to add a card. Can't add Revolut card, added mBank, finally started charging. Stopped after few minutes, as I wanted to change to DC connector, the charger software crashed, support restarted it but it didn't work. The app sucks, UI sucks, I had to relogin several times, adding a car almost impossible. Who develop that app? Students?

Registration did not send out a confirmation email over the weekend. No roaming with BMW Charging card or other providers. No way to activate charging without confirmation email. App missing in some EU app stores (Latvia, for example). Would be nice to be able to use the 100kW charger near Suwalki, but made impossible by missing software functionality. Also why is it only in one highway side??? Fix these issues and you'll have TONS of users. Many EV drivers suffer there daily.
