Stupid app keeps logging me out by itself so when I refuel my car instead of paying with it in 1 minute I have to waste a lot more time than the conventional way...

after upgrading to use Orlen ID i got error whe trying to launch orlen pay: ^error occurred. sorry^. I can then click only button ^I can understand^. no additional information. it used to work. . aaa..also missing only PIN authentication to pay (I had to always put email, password and PIN)...during the strong winter it won't be usable...

Horrible user experience. The app doesn't show the loading states, for example when changing the discount or activating coupons. When loading the QR code, the app mistakenly prompts to sign in. This is very annoying, especially given the fact that a lot of the Orlen gas stations have poor internet connection. Next - to get a reward from the loyalty program the user have to have their PIN set up. That fact isn't clearly displayed to the users. I think should be a part of the user onboardig.
