Ratings and reviews

Fantastically difficult to register and use, between the vitay and id, overly complicated and mysterious verification. Rating for my girlfriend who is sitting beside me and registering for the nth time today. Horrible, laughable, pitiful. Seems only to work if everything is straightforward but as soon as conplications arise it turns out it's basically useless. Don't recommend.

Creating an account is a nightmare. Tried several times, ended up with a new email and cannot assign my phone number because it's stuck with another account.

Horrible user experience. The app doesn't show the loading states, for example when changing the discount or activating coupons. When loading the QR code, the app mistakenly prompts to sign in. This is very annoying, especially given the fact that a lot of the Orlen gas stations have poor internet connection. Next - to get a reward from the loyalty program the user have to have their PIN set up. That fact isn't clearly displayed to the users. I think should be a part of the user onboardig.
