Null Ratio
One of the worst apps I've ever used. I'd uninstall it immediately if I didn't have to use it as a back up for when my physical card fails (which is often). A different error message appears for each selection. History is unavailable and the app is informing that my payments are overdue by six months which is untrue. Stop being so cheap and invest in an appropriate and functional application for your customers.

The App runs well. However everytime I log out and then log back in I have to set up a new password / pin. Really frustrating. You'd think Bupa would design an app that did not require a new pin / password everytime to sign in !!! I have to access Bupa often - so it has now made me think about checking other health insurance companies. Very frustrated.

Current version will not load properly. Popup about 'location not available' asks if I want to go to settings, but can't tap any option. Can't use phones 'back' button to exit. App is frozen with that on screen. Have to force close. Even with location on, app doesn't load properly. Not having any success with the current version, after getting good use out of it previously.
