Upon initially using this app, I found it to be excellent. Regrettably, I encountered difficulties with certain functions not working properly. Despite my multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have not been able to resolve the issue. In my opinion, this app has great potential if the functions were fully operational and if customer support was more accessible.

as a user, I need to import leads into quickbooks in order to send estimates sometimes texts work but about 50% of the time I get an error. there is no way to send feedback in the app exporting contact info works about 50% of the time as a user I need lead connector to release the Bluetooth connection in my vehicle in order to listen to the radio.

I loved this app initially, but after updates, it no longer gives me notifications when a client has texted or emailed so I find them days later. I've double checked that I have notifications set up on my desktop and mobile app and still, no notifications.
