Starting with a neutral rating. Got the notification that tracking is available for my aligners. Nope. So far, only a shipping label created. Got email that said there was something in the app I needed to check in or update or something, but I don't have my aligners just yet. So...no real idea how it's gonna go on the app. Not a fan of the fact that you can't see or do ANYTHING in the app, unless you've recieved the aligners. I want to look thru the app and get explore its interface and features
Crucial One
The app is easy to use but the additional devices that come with the service need better bluetooth connectivity. App doesn't always capture check-ins due to photos not uploading indicating an Internet issue when you have no issues. Needs to let take photos and load into a queue to auto upload when connection is achieved and provide receipt. Daily check ins captured the same doesn't always reflect on the calendar the next day.

The app doesn't really appear to be aware of the prescribed treatment plan, nor the status of shipments. "Track my order" link in app opens up the FedEx tracking page, but the aligners were shipped via UPS. It wasn't aware of the appropriate duration for each set of trays, which is actually the only thing I wanted the app to do. Still reminds me to use HyperByte when the treatment plan says not to. Overall just a buggy mess.
