Ratings and reviews

50% of the time the app ignores all my inputs and routes me to reception where I have to repeat all the input. Very annoying. It used to work great but broke 3 or 4 months ago.

The app often stops responding just trying to open it. Tapping on a notification just opens the app to the main page again assuming the app did not get stuck trying to open. I recommend just using the Esri websites instead.

Unusable. App often doesn't open. Can login to admin account when it does open. When I'm seeking support I need it ASAP.
