Ratings and reviews

great app, use it for work on surveys. It used to have a feature where the little blue dot turns into a teardrop pointing in the direction you're walking. Any chance we could have that back? It's hard to know where you're going without it, and the optional feature that rotates the whole map to where you're facing really doesn't cut it (plus drains battery). Not sure why the teardrop was removed. Would really like it back. It's currently really hard to keep track of what direction you're going.

Absolutely terrible. Full of bugs, customer support is non-existent. Constantly needing to restart. Why would I reach out to you? I don't have the time to assist in fixing your app.

The app was already prone to crashes during data collecting, but now it's even worse since the devs decided to hide the "collect here" button inside the "more" button. I had to look up older versions of the app in order to be able to work properly.
