The app sucks, the app does not load properly and I have closed the app and open the app multiple times, I even had to uninstall the app and reinstall it and I could not end my trip, and it seems I could not press anything like wallet, trip history, etc. It will just say "waiting" or "loading", and it would not load at all. please fix it.

Basic functionality with the bike is good. There are times when you open the apps and the parking area and available bicycle is not shown. If you can find a bicycle this isn't an issue, but with so little bicycle it is an issue when I need to reopen the app not one more time, but a few more times until it shows up. There isn't a refresh button to load.

First time using it. There was a hiccup of not being able to lock and pay. This made me panic a little as the timer keeps counting, meaning every half an hour you are still being charged. However, after submitting the photo proofs, the issue was rectified, then though it's a public holiday of CNY. Very good customer service. By the way, the bicycles are all in very good condition too 👍
