App will not connect to RID. Tech support said to uninstall and reinstall app. It still didn't work. The Bluetooth on my phone sees the device, but the app doesn't. I will return for a refund and buy a different brand.

Doea not work. Got a HS720R drone to try out. I'm trying to update firmware on device but the app does not recognize my drone when I turn it on. I've tried numerous methods but have seem to get it to pop up.
