After reading all the negative reviews about this app I was not really looking forward to using my new HS700E drone, but the experience was actually fantastic. I don't know what everyone is doing wrong, but I'll tell you what worked for me. Turn on the controller, turn on the drone, place your phone in airplane mode, turn on your phone's wifi and connect to the drone's wifi. ALLOW THE DRONE TO GPS LOCK then fly. It's really that simple. I flew until the batteries got low with no problems at all.

I received my Holly Stone Drone for Christmas. I got it connected to this App and it worked fine with no app crashes. My first flight took great video and photos and synced with Google Photos. After that, it would no longer sync again. And on top of that, I cannot find where the app saved the photos/videos. It shows a path but that path cannot be found through any file explorer or through connecting phone to a PC. This is almost a deal breaker. I want to contact customer service of this app but the email looks suspicious.

Unable to share photos and videos out of the app. Would like to send to family, or put on Instagram, but an error message always comes up. I have to screenshot photos then crop them in order to send them to anyone. Extremely disappointing. Other than that the app runs fine. But seeing as the main reason for having the drone is to take casual photos this is a pretty big deal.
