After reading all the negative reviews about this app I was not really looking forward to using my new HS700E drone, but the experience was actually fantastic. I don't know what everyone is doing wrong, but I'll tell you what worked for me. Turn on the controller, turn on the drone, place your phone in airplane mode, turn on your phone's wifi and connect to the drone's wifi. ALLOW THE DRONE TO GPS LOCK then fly. It's really that simple. I flew until the batteries got low with no problems at all.

I received my Holly Stone Drone for Christmas. I got it connected to this App and it worked fine with no app crashes. My first flight took great video and photos and synced with Google Photos. After that, it would no longer sync again. And on top of that, I cannot find where the app saved the photos/videos. It shows a path but that path cannot be found through any file explorer or through connecting phone to a PC. This is almost a deal breaker. I want to contact customer service of this app but the email looks suspicious.

We got this drone for Christmas. The first 2 times we flew it, worked perfectly. However now it won't go higher that 50 feet and only maybe 50 forward/backward. Also it will no longer turn right or left and only sometimes will move sideways. It is generally moving very erratically, but wasn't the first 2 times we flew it. Is there a factory reset or do you have any suggestions as to what is going on with it?
