Absolutely does not work as intended. One of many terrible decisions the company I work for has made. Can't see even a quarter of the sections in the app. Tried to sign in from a computer, and it initially refused my log in info, then locked me out because of the security question. And there's not really a straight forward way to contact any support.

Thanks for your feedback. We're preparing some improvements that will allow users to easily access this app. via their desktop. Please share your feedback with your direct supervisor or company's Logile admin, so that they may work with Logile to improve your experience.

For about the last 2 years I have been required to use this app for work. It's garbage. Constantly crashing, locking me out or just not functioning. When it does work it's not user friendly. Simple tasks like checking my rota or booking time off are hopelessly overcomplicated and time consuming. I seriously don't know what the designers of this system were thinking, and I would not recommend it for any company.

Thanks for your feedback. We're constantly trying to improve our services, so your input is valuable. As a side note, we would recommend keeping the app version updated on your device, currently, we are on app version 3.3.9

Horrible app. I went to put in for paid time off and it says I have a 0 PTO Balance. I been working for my company 36 years and I get 3 personal days, 25 vacation days and 2 sick days every year. Ever since my company switched to this app, it has one issue after another. Your staff needs to get this app figured out & fixed asap.
