BigY Connect simplifies life for both employees and managers by providing the ability to complete task- and schedule-related activities anywhere.

Employees can:

View schedules
Swap shifts
Bid on posted shifts
Submit requests for time off
Submit availability changes
Submit punch requests

In addition, managers can:

View department schedules
Post bid shifts
Respond to requests
Monitor task completion

Ratings and reviews

The app is definitely very handy, but there are a few issues with it: 1: While I have no issue if I have to surrender a shift, if I choose "Replace" or "Swap", it is then followed by a "Please Wait" message that does not go away. 2: When I attempt to sync up my schedule to my phone's calendar, the app always crashes.

there's a laundry list of reasons why this app sucks, but the biggest is changing my availability. I am a tech savvy person and the whole app is hard on the eyes and makes 0 sense. I have to go through my manager for everything relating to my availability changing.

App closes every time I try to add my schedule to my calendar. It's very frustrating. That's the main reason I use the app, so I can share to my calendar and then my family knows my schedule as well.
