This mindfulness app is for those seeking inner peace and well-being. Mindfulness is to train your attention and switch from a state of action to a state of being.

You take a break from your to-do lists and move your attention away from the mind and into the body, and in this way you train to be more present and present at this moment.

The app contains all the basic mindfulness exercises that they use in the original Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). This applies to: Bodyscan, Yoga, Meditation and Loving Kindness, as well as Pain Management & Sleep Exercises, all of which help you get a balanced state of mind and body. In addition, we have added our unique album "Mindfulness for Pregnant", there are specific exercises dedicated to you who are pregnant. The exercises are of varying lengths from 5 - 30 minutes, and are therefore both suitable to perform as short breaks during the day or at home, where you spend more time prioritizing yourself and your own well-being.
