To refill my prescription I was required to enter payment info. That makes sense. However, even though I was logged into the app, it requested my name and date of birth to look up my account. The only way to enter my birth date was to use a calendar widget (no text entry allowed). The date defaulted to today and since I am 63 years old I had to press the "prev month" button 756 times to get the correct date. That's poor Ux design.

When receiving text messages about refills, the link expires way too soon. Also if you do not want to refill at the current time the app appears to require a specific date within a couple of weeks to refill it. It may be that someone doesn't want to refill it at all at this time but keep it active as it should for at least a year. Tried to log into it today, a Sunday, and it is blank. No login possibility at this time so it must be down again.

I really can't write this because my phone number is not right. In the FAQ section you should put what to do when your phone number isn't right. I called the pharmacy 3 times & my phone number is correct. But it's not fixing it on the app itself. So I'm giving it to 0 Stars until they can get this fixed. According to Hannah today, you can't find my account under email but app sees it. I can NOT wait for open enrollment because I can do another plan that take care of you instead of using an app!
