There are too many issues, especially logging in! It does not matter if I am using wifi or mobile data. Btw, why route app to internet page to log in? I've tried clearing cache & data, uninstalling, reinstalling with no resolve. The issue continues! When I finally get in ( sporadically) , in the middle of looking at something, the app will close. Btw, I have plenty of storage on my device. Therefore, that's not it either. Noticing by the reviews, I'm not the only one experiencing issues.

The app is terrible. half the time it doesn't work, sometimes complete sections of the app are missing. When I log in, it immediately logs me out and I have to repeat the process 3 times, no matter how many times I tell the app to remember my login, it doesn't. No matter how many times I save my biometrics to log in with it does not save them and I have to resubmit and resave them all over again. App says I have been messages but never shows them. useless

buggy, buttons frequently don't work, and the login opens an internet page within the app? it logs out within minutes during chats, it needs a lot of work. Billing phone call option connects to IT person. And when the poor IT person tried sending me to billing, it said error occurred and hung up! Basically unusable compared to their last app. unacceptable.
