App barely works 90% of the time. It asks you to login, it sends you to a website, you login, it goes back to the app and doesn't log you in, so you repeat the process 45 times and it never works no matter how many times to try. Even clearing cache, storage, uninstalling doesn't help. And if you are on a mobile device you can't log into the online website because it just tries to log you into the app... Which NEVER logs in.

App isn't working even after an update. I've been trying to send a message all morning. seems like the automated phone system has changed too, trying to leave a message for my Dr's nurse felt ridiculous. Then I had to leave a message with someone rather than just leave me own voice mail. The app and phone system should be set up to be difficult. I don't get notifications of test results until I actually log into app then all 8f sudden it's sending them.

I am an employee and I can not even login to Ascension One. I login, gwt verification code, verify it and it takes me right back to the blue login screen. All my information is being entered correctly, I have force stopped the app, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but nothing works. I need to access my account for some very important test results.
