Useless - Fails to complete ticket purchase. Edit: after reading a review about app needing unsecured wifi to work I tried using mobile data and, incredibly, it worked! Cardholder, Mastercard, then blocked the purchase despite 2 factor authentication but, once unblocked, it went through. What a stress over several days. Almost all slots had gone so my partner will go alone when I have to work. Still no idea how to make the web version work.

Absolute trash. You should be able to listen to the content without requiring the ticket, which was organized by the hotel. So we did not have an email address to match. Also 105 MB download? This app has zero optimization

I had the same problem as the most recent people. Got the tickets ok, but the audio guide failed to download. Had to use my sister's iPhone earbud to hear her tour. Very disappointing! Thinking of changing to iPhone and I was not an iPhone fan before.

What's new

In this new version/update of our APP, two more languages ​​are included in the audio guide, Basque and Galician.
